Travel from Alice Springs south through the magnificent West MacDonnell Ranges. Stop along the way for an included breakfast at Erldunda Road House.
You then travel to Atila (Mt.Conner) lookout for morning tea then onto Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (Olgas) National Park.
Join a base tour of Uluru and guided walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole where you can view Aboriginal rock paintings.
Visit the Uluru Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre and learn more about Tjukurpa (law) of the Anangu people.
Visit Kata Tjuta, where you can take a walk between the massive domes at Walpa Gorge.
Travel back to the Uluru sunset viewing area to witness the changing colors of Uluru while sipping complimentary wine or juice while enjoying an Aussie BBQ for dinner.
After after sunset relax on the return journey to Alice Springs arriving back into town around midnight.

Option 1 - Day 2
The immense cliffs of quartzite at Simpsons Gap are a haven for Black-footed rock- wallabies.

Experience the mystique of Ellery Creek Big Hole and take a refreshing dip in summer. Discover the cultural significance of the Ocher Pits and visit Spectacular Ormiston Gorge.
Sip on a glass of wine and enjoy a Ploughman’s lunch at Glen Helen Resort with time visit to Glen Helen Gorge. Take an optional Helicopter flight at from Glen Helen Resort
Enjoy the late afternoon sun reflecting on the MacDonnell Ranges as you return to Alice Springs.

Option 2 - Day 2
Traveling along the West MacDonnell Ranges we make our way to the Historic Precinct of Hermannsburg for morning tea and a leg stretch. After scones with jam and cream explore the historic buildings and Art Gallery featuring works of the famous Aboriginal Artist Albert Namatjira. Its then time to depart Hermannsburg and journey along the ancient Finke River bed by custom built 4WD.
The next stop will be Cycad Gorge and then its a short 4WD drive into Palm Valley where you will be able to wander amongst the relict Palms and Cycads. Here you will have he opportunity to complete to Rim Walk or the River Walk and experience this Oasis in the desert.
On the return journey you will stop for a picnic lunch before the short walk up to Kalaranga Lookout.
By mid afternnon its time to return to Hermannsburg Historic Precinct for a short stop and last minute photos of the area.
In the late afternoon we return to Alice Springs watching the fading light reflecting of the MacDonnell Ranges.
